Data Collection

Vinyl Notes does not collect any personal information from its users. All of your vinyl record notes and data are stored either locally on your device or securely in your personal iCloud account.

Data Storage

Your vinyl record information is stored using Apple’s CoreData with CloudKit integration. This allows your data to be automatically synced across all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This data is only accessible by you.

iCloud Sync

The app uses Apple’s CloudKit framework to sync your vinyl record notes across your devices. Your data is encrypted during transmission and storage in iCloud. This feature requires an active iCloud account, and syncing can be disabled by turning off iCloud for this app in your device settings.

Data Security

All data synced with iCloud is protected by your Apple ID credentials and Apple’s security measures. We never have access to your data, as it’s stored in your private iCloud container.

Analytics

Vinyl Notes does not include any third-party analytics services. We do not track your usage of the app or collect any usage statistics.

Third-Party Services

This app does not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your data. We exclusively use Apple’s CloudKit for data synchronization.

Your Rights

You maintain complete control over your information. You can delete the app at any time to remove locally stored data, and you can manage or delete iCloud data through your Apple ID settings.
